Workplace Culture

At acla:works, we view the workplace not as a passive tool, but as an integral aspect of business. As such, we pay close attention to the ways in which a physical space can influence users’ ability and motivation to work, as well as the quality of the work they do.

Workplace culture is a key component of acla:works’ ongoing research. We’ve compiled our research on this topic into a short presentation outlining our motivation for designing offices as we do and, most importantly, how you could benefit from an updated working environment.
