Lynch Drive
Located on a narrow site along a hillside watercourse, this project takes advantage of the topography with a stepped set of townhouses and a larger block of units with parking below and penthouse unit above. The pool is located between the two blocks. The design received an honorable mention in the 2005 ABEL/ Bestcrete Architectural Design & Excellence Awards for unbuilt residential work.
