Private Residence Maraval I
The design of this house within a 500 SM lot was such that every square metre of land was carefully used and served particular functions. Horizontal metal grilles and open spaces allowed the house to be visually expanded to the boundary walls. Each aspect of the house was designed in great detail to meet the owner’s demanding requirements. Landscaping was carefully integrated into the design of the exterior spaces. Four bedroom suites are located on the upper floors, each with a small verandah. High quality finishes, kitchen cupboards, and fittings are used throughout.
