Rainbow Hill
Originally conceived by the late Roger Turton, this project is located on a challenging hillside site and comprises 20 single-family, detached condominiums. The scheme exploits the topography with entry to the living and dining level from the rear, and descent to the bedrooms or ascent to the roof terrace. Located off the living room, an additional large terrace compensates for the limited flat land. Each unit has a spectacular ocean view. Dramatic water features include disappearing edge swimming pools and rooftop whirlpool spas, while certain units overlook a lush ravine.
