The university campus is the preeminent construct for the promotion and sustenance of the human condition. The main campus of the University of Trinidad and Tobago [UTT] moves away from the traditional structure of typical twentieth-century universities, to a leaner administrative structure and more dynamic, industry-responsive programs. Its focus is to foster the economic development of Trinidad and Tobago, by providing the critical human resources and research capability to support business and industry activity. The UTT campus promotes the interaction of various disciplines, closely related to modern working practices and technological research.
